Application overview
ge systems (ESS) are increasingly being used in conjunction with renewable energy generation to eliminate intermittent power and promote the modernization of the power grid. With the increasing demand of distributed renewable energy, the use of energy storage systems to stabilize fluctuating demand will grow rapidly.
An UPS is a system that converts power through the inverter and other modules of the host, mainly used to provide stable power supply for computer network systems, or other power electronic devices such as solenoid valves and pressure transmitters.
For online UPS(3KVA or above), IGBTs are almost exclusively used as power devices in the inverter section, with full-bridge circuits and half-bridge circuits being commonly used.
